Our misson
The Rocks District Winegrowers is proud to partner with the Milton-Freewater School District to expand access to critical mental and behavioral health services for students and families in our community.
By investing in school-based mental health and nursing staff, students can receive care close to home without losing valuable instructional time traveling to appointments. This local access helps remove barriers for families while keeping students supported, healthy, and in school.
Through Basalt Bash & Barrel Auction, our wineries, partners, and community come together to help strengthen these essential resources and create lasting support for Milton-Freewater students and families.

What began with our inaugural Basalt Bash has grown into an incredible community effort. After two successful years, the generosity of our wineries, partners, sponsors, and guests continues to strengthen mental health resources for students throughout the Milton-Freewater School District.
